**Masterclasses** (single day). Open-enrolment, single-topic sessions for a senior cross-organisation cohort. The room teaches the method and gives you the language to use it.

**Workshops** (half a day to two days). Closed, facilitated sessions for one leadership team, built around a live decision you own. You leave with something usable: a framing, a plan, a draft governance model.

**Advisory** (ongoing). A senior-level relationship with executive teams and boards: direct access to practitioners for direction, governance and the decisions that do not get a second take.

We help you decide what to build, buy, or stop, and we work alongside the technology partners you choose. That independence is what lets us tell you when the right answer is not a new platform.

Every engagement is scoped to the question, the depth required and the seniority involved. We will give you a clear number and what it buys before anything is signed. Masterclasses and workshops are priced per session; advisory is agreed as a monthly relationship.

How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs?

We sign mutual NDAs before any substantive conversation about your situation, and we expect to. Engagement contracts include standard confidentiality, data-handling, and IP clauses appropriate to healthcare.

If your procurement team has a preferred NDA template, send it across. We will review and counter-sign within a few days.

Do you work with investors and boards, or only operators?

Both. Operators are our core client, but we are regularly engaged by investment firms for clinical and operational due diligence on healthcare assets, and by boards for change oversight, CEO succession context, and pre-deal scenario work.

The same practitioners do the operator work and the investor work, which is why investors hire us. We have run the systems we are asked to assess.
